Domestic US shipping
Orders are processed and shipped every week from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business day of placing an order. Delivery times via the default Standard Shipping option are typically between 4-8 days. The Standard Shipping option is Ground Shipping, so transit times will vary depending on your location relative to our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We also offer expedited options with faster delivery times. All shipping methods can face delays due to the shipping carrier, Holidays, weather events, and current difficulties due to Covid-19.
We ship worldwide via USPS (with delivery confirmation), FedEx, and DHL. Delivery times for the default International Standard Shipping vary depending on your location and the speed of your local postal carrier once the package reaches your country.
For the quickest international service, select one of the expedited FedEx options.
International shipping duties
Each country has its own set of regulations regarding taxes and duties for imports into the country. Please note the following:
- Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order. These fees are not included in your shipping charges.
- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees
- We have no way of estimating customs fees or duties given the wide variation in regulations on this matter among different countries. Please be sure to contact your local customs or post office for specifics on the amount of fees or duties that may be charged for your order, if any.
Returns & Exchanges
We make returns & exchanges super easy! If for any reason you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days from the date of your order. We'd be happy to exchange your order for another product or help you with a return.
To get the ball rolling, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Email address used to place the order
- Current shipping address (for exchanges)
- Which items you wish to return (or exchange) and the specific reason why
We'll respond promptly to walk you through your request! Please also note the following:
- All products returned must be unused with the original packaging
- There are no refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier
- Products purchased through an authorized reseller need to be processed through that same reseller
